Contracts: We do not use any type of contract to bind you into our service. Our service is billed monthly and there is no obligation to keep the service running if you are unhappy with our service, moved to another hosting company, or simply don't want your site anymore. You may pack up and leave anytime, although we hope that never happens!

Fees - Basic Plan: The initial setup fee is $99 USD for basic service. This includes registration of your new domain name, hosting setup, and template design/initialization. We understand that the World Wide Web is a dynamic beast, as are people's situations, so if you happen to already have a domain name and want it moved to our hosting, or already have a site and want it migrated to our hosting, please contact us and we will help you. Please note that already having a domain name or a site, or both, the setup fee remains the same as it is then applied as a transfer fee. The setup fee is non refundable.

After the initial setup fee, you will only be charged the equivalent of $12.95 per month if you pay a yearly lump sum of $155.40 due at the time of sign up. Upon renewal, you will be billed $155.40 automatically if you choose to remain on this plan. At any time you may change your plan to a monthly billing cycle and will be charged the monthly billing rate of $14.95. If you paid the annual lump sum of $155.40 and choose to switch to the monthly billing cycle, you will be refunded a prorated amount and will be billed for the monthly cycle beginning 30 days after the cancellation of the annual cycle. At any time you may choose to cancel your subscription from any of the two plans with no cancellation charges or fees. If you paid the lump sum for the annual cycle, you will be refunded the appropriate prorated amount. The monthly cycle is billed at month's end. If you choose to cancel your subscription before month's end, you will only be charged for the days your account/website was active.

Fees - Premium Plan:  The base initial setup fee is $199.  This is due at the time of sign up.  Complex premium sites that we enable vary in price, therefore no set price is made until you contact us for a custom quote.  We work very closely with our clients to gather requirements and to develop an accurate quote.  When a quote is accepted and signed off by our clients, an initial deposit of 40% is required to begin development.  Payment in full of the remaining balance is required when the site is ready to go.

After the initial setup fees and development costs, the monthly service fee is $19.95.  This fee includes the monthly hosting costs and yearly domain name costs.  Please note that this monthly fee may increase if bandwidth limits are exceeded, which is very rare.  The monthly cycle is billed at month's end. If you choose to cancel your subscription before month's end, you will only be charged for the days your account/website was active.

We will never sell or give your e-mail address (or any other information about you) to anyone else without your permission. Period! We created this policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy.

Cookies at our site: Our site uses cookies exclusively for the purpose of keeping track of your shopping cart when you check out. We do not use cookies for other purposes. You can reject cookies and still use our site, however, it will disable the ability for the site to recognize your cart or your account.

Pop-up Windows we only use pop-up windows to display important information where we feel that it is important to keep the previous window open. We will never use pop-ups for ads or links to outside websites.

Changes to our Privacy Policy: Internet dynamics continually change and it is possible that the Privacy Policy could undergo slight changes, although any such changes would most likely be minimal. However, if any substantial changes are made to the policy, we will make every effort to notify customers through prominent notices on the site.
